Shipping

Here are some details about shipping:

• At this point we ship to Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba only. We are working on expanding our capability to more provinces. 
• For your convinience, we also provide in-store pickup option. Our store's address is available on our Contact Us page. 
• We use Canada Post for all our shipments. 
• Shipping costs are determined by Canada Post based on the delivery address you provide and the delivery option of your preference.

RETURNS

We can't accept returns or exchanges due to a number of reasons: 

• All our products are custom made and specially ordered for you and in some cases manufactured to your specifications.
• We have incurred all costs related to shipping, brokerage, duties and exchange fees that are unrecoverable, making it extremely difficult to return products for any type of credit or exchange.
• Most of our vendors do not offer refunds or exchanges on special ordered items and if they do, there are considerable restocking fees and return shipping costs that apply.
