NOTE: We can only process warranty claims on products that have been purchased through Handles & Knobs in-store or online. 

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can address and correct the issue immediately.

CANCELLATIONS 

The status of your order at the time of the cancellation request, will determine if we can cancel the order. If the order has gone into production or has shipped, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order.
